Lori, the newest member of Phelan Orthodontics, started in May 2011. She has extensive customer service and office management experience from her many years in the banking, investments and payroll industries. Lori grew up in San Diego, California, and now resides in Ward. When not busy party planning, she enjoys camping, traveling and anything crafty!
Terri Lynch – Treatment Coordinator

Terri has been our Treatment Coordinator for the past 12 years. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her beautiful girls, Shelby and Ashley. Terri also enjoys bunko, photography, following the Hogs and travel.
Gabrielle Cox – Clinical Supervisor

Gabby has been with Phelan Orthodontics for five years. She grew up in Maumelle and now resides in North Little Rock. She enjoys cooking, shopping and photography. Gabby loves to go hunting with her husband, Matthew. Gabby's favorite subject to photograph is her daughter, AllieMarie.
Tricia Matthews – Clinical Assistant

Tricia has been assisting Dr. Jim Phelan for over 23 years. She grew up in Gillet, Arkansas, and now resides in North Little Rock with her wonderful husband Doyan and children, Corey, Heather, and Skylar. She received her Dental Assistant License through Pulaski Technical College. Tricia loves outdoor activities, cooking and antiques.
Stephany Thompson – Clinical Assistant

Stephany has been apart of Phelan Orthodontics for eight years. She graduated from Sheridan High School and received her Registered Dental Assistant certification through the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She loves spending time with her family, especially playing with her son, Rylee. Stephany and her husband, Mark, welcomed their second child Mason Alexander Thompson on January 4, 2010.

Monica has been a Lab Technician for Phelan Orthodontics for 5 years. She grew up in Waco, Texas, and now lives in Bauxite, Arkansas, with her wonderful husband, Billy, and lovely daughter, Katie. They have three dogs, four cats and one bird! She enjoys gardening, camping, refinishing old furniture and collecting yard art. She graduated junior college in 1981, and then worked for American Airlines for 15 years.
Kay Steelman – Lab Technician

Kay has been with Phelan Orthodontics for 9 years. She grew up in Little Rock where she graduated from Central High School and now resides in Bryant, Arkansas. Kay has one daughter, Carey, who has worked here for 11 years. Kay loves traveling, gardening, dancing and most anything outdoorsy.
Amanda Hill – Diagnostic Records Coordinator

Amanda has been with Phelan Orthodontics for five years. She grew up in Springdale, Arkansas and attended Springdale High School – Go Bulldogs! She loves spending time outdoors or fishing with her husband, Bunker, and their dog, Drake. Amanda also enjoys crafts, painting and photography, as well as sleeping.
