OrthoFi and financial information

We strive to provide high-quality orthodontics that fits your family’s budget.  OrthoFi is a third-party orthodontic software that manages our patient insurance, contracts, and financial arrangements.  They provide timely insurance verification and affordable, interest free payment plans that are customized by each individual family.  The OrthoFi “slider” allows you to chose from a small, minimal down payment to paying in full.  When you choose a down payment, we allow you to spread the remaining balance out over a length of time.  You get to create your own payment plan!

Insurance information

Many dental insurance plans offer orthodontic coverage. When you add your orthodontic insurance through OrthoFi, your benefit will be verified and applied to your financial slider.  Anytime orthodontic insurance is verified, it is ALWAYS considered an estimate until they pay the maximum benefit. Most orthodontic policies have a lifetime benefit, meaning once they pay, the benefit has been used.  (During the course of treatment, it is the financially responsible party’s responsibility to alert the office of the changes in benefits.)  After a contract has begun, if a policy is cancelled or terminated for any reason, the insurance balance then becomes the responsibility of the paying individual.
